What we do

We work remotely with brands wherever they are — nothing physical is shipped, so a brand on another continent runs exactly like one in the same city. VOGAI Studio is a production studio, not a self-serve image generator. We build a small imaging system around one brand — its models, its light, its framing rules — and then produce catalogue images inside that system, so that image number 400 still matches image number 1.

How a project runs

  1. Brief and product archive. We collect your visual language, target customer and reference shots — the things a new photographer would otherwise learn over six months.
  2. Brand model archive. One or more models are designed and saved for your brand. Every later shoot uses the same face and the same body proportions.
  3. Tone and light profile. Colour temperature, contrast and background are locked to your brand, so the catalogue reads as one shoot.
  4. Composition rules. Framing, crop and aspect ratios are fixed per channel.
  5. Pilot, then scale. A ten-image pilot is produced and compared against your own photography. You decide whether to scale from there.

Why brands use a studio instead of a self-serve tool

Consumer AI tools are good at producing one impressive image. Catalogues fail on the second hundred: the face drifts, the light shifts, the print gets redrawn, and the listing page starts to look careless. Three things make the difference.

Garment fidelity is the whole job

The real risk in AI product imagery is not that an image looks fake. It is that the model quietly redesigns the product: a different button count, a print that drifts, a seam that never existed. In e-commerce that is a return, a bad review and, on some marketplaces, a listing penalty.

Our production rule is fixed: colour, pattern, fabric texture, logo and print are taken from your reference and preserved. No design element is invented, none is deleted. Every produced frame is compared against the source product, and a frame that does not match is regenerated.

Practical rule: the engine cannot draw a detail it never saw. The sharper and better-lit your source photo, the more faithful the output. A blurry or dark reference loses fabric texture no matter how good the pipeline is.
