The flat product photo you already have becomes a catalogue frame shot on a model. Without shipping samples, renting a studio or waiting for a shoot day.
A fashion catalogue shoot is not just the photographer's fee. It is the model agency, the studio rental, the stylist, hair and make-up, transport, collecting and returning samples — and above all the calendar. When the shoot day is full, a new product does not make it into that day, and the launch slips.
For a mid-market brand with 100 to 500 products per season, that is the real bottleneck: the product is ready in the warehouse but cannot go on sale because it has no imagery.
| Topic | Traditional shoot | AI model photography |
|---|---|---|
| Preparation | Collect samples, book agency, find a date | Upload the product photo |
| Lead time | Days to weeks from booking to delivery | Same day |
| Adding one new product | Needs a new shoot day | One at a time, whenever you want |
| Model consistency | Depends on the model's availability | Saved model, identical all season |
| Revisions | Reshoot | Regenerate |
| Cost structure | Fixed per shoot day | Per image |
| Location and season | Travel, weather, daylight hours | Any location or season, produced indoors |
The biggest risk in AI-generated product imagery is that the model redesigns the product: changes the button count, distorts the print, adds a seam that does not exist. In e-commerce, that is a return.
The process is built around preventing it. The product's colour, pattern, fabric texture, logo and print are taken as the reference; no design element is added, none is removed. Every produced frame is compared against the model and the source garment; a frame that does not match is regenerated once, and if it is still doubtful it is flagged rather than delivered. Light is fixed to neutral daylight, so no yellow bulb cast creeps into the catalogue.
One good image is easy. A hundred images that look like the same shoot is the hard part, and it is what separates a professional catalogue from a folder of AI experiments.
Pricing is per image and one-off; there is no monthly commitment.

No. The product photos you already have are enough: front, back and any detail shots. No sample shipping, no studio booking, no shoot day.
The process is built to prevent that. Colour, pattern, fabric texture, logo and print are preserved exactly; no detail is added or removed. Every frame is compared against the source product and regenerated if it does not match.
Yes. The model is designed once and saved to your brand archive, and every later shoot uses the same face and body proportions.
Roughly 1.20 to 2 USD per image depending on package size: a 10-image pilot about 20 USD, 100 images about 170 USD, 500 images about 600 USD (990, 8,500 and 29,900 TRY). One-off, no subscription.
